Saint Petersburg hosts one of the most beautiful exhibit of Tonino Guerra works.

Tonino Guerra – one of the most important artist of XX century Italian Culture. The famous “maestro romagnolo” gave an immeasurable contribution in the field of literature, paintings, philosophy and cinema. Tonino collaborated with great artists such as: Federico Fellini, Michelangelo Antonioni, Luchino Visconti and Andrej Tarkovskij.

Tonino Guerra provided screenplays for movies that represent an important part of the heritage of Italian cinema, such as “Amarcord”, “Matromonio all’italiana”, “Deserto rosso”, “E la nave va”, “Ginger e Fred”, “Nostalgia”. He married Eleonora Jablochkina, whom he met in Moscow. The Exhibition “Focus on Tonino Guerra” held in the Anna Akhmatova Museum in Saint Petersburg will run from 16th April to 28th May 2013, shows his extraordinary personality paintings, mosaics, and photographs by the Italian Artist.
