Next Asset has the greatest of respect for the privacy of its Users. All data communicated to Next Asset S.r.l. by the User via the website will be processed with maximum care, and with all instruments designed to guarantee their security, in full respect of Italian privacy laws in force.
Notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196 – Data Protection Code. All personal data provided by the User whilst using the website will be processed by the Controller Next Asset S.r.l., with headquarters in Via G. Amendola, 12 – 40123 Bologna, Italy, with primarily digitalised tools, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196 – Data Protection Code, in relation to the various services and activities available on the site. Specifically: to enable the registration and authenticated access of the User to the site’s reserved area, to provide any services requested by the User, for the eventual conclusion of contractual agreements and their execution, to provide the information and assistance required by the User. To enable the activation of specific functions, the site may, in some instances, use cookies (files sent by the site server to the User’s browser). The User may freely choose to inform himself or herself regarding the use of cookies, or to block them by accessing the options menu on their browser. In the latter case, some features of the site may not function correctly. Personal data will not be disseminated.
Users are protected by the rights pursuant to Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196. The personal data of the User will be processed by Next Asset S.r.l., with headquarters in Via G. Amendola, 12 – 40123 – Bologna, Italy, with primarily digitalised tools, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196 – Personal Data Protection Code, for the following ends:

(I) for the management of relations with the User and to provide him with the information, assistance and services requested. To this end his or her data may be communicated to subjects licensed or contractually related to Next Asset S.r.l., and brought to the attention of the personal data Controllers and Managers appointed.

(II) for promotional activities and commercial information, the sending of advertising materials, direct sales, and the carrying out of market research, following the express consent of the User. To this end, User data may be communicated by Next Asset S.r.l. to companies contractually tied to Next Asset S.r.l., also with offices in countries outside the European Union, and brought to the attention of the personal data Controllers and Managers appointed. Personal data will not be disseminated.

The provision of data for the ends in point (i) is optional. Failure to provide such data will prevent the User from receiving the assistance, information and/or services requested. The transfer of the data for the ends in point (ii) is optional and failure to provide such data will prevent the User from receiving information on the commercial initiatives organised by Next Asset S.r.l. or its partners.
Users are entitled to the rights pursuant to Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, no. 196.
