Motor Valley

Motor Valley - 28 September 2015 - redazione

An overwhelming passion seizes you, similar to those feelings at the beginning of a love affair: this is the sentiment that bonds the Emilia Romagna region  with the universe of the motorcar.

A journey down the via Emilia will demonstrate the passion and fascination for two and four wheeled vehicles and will bear witness to the solid presence of the leading Italian manufacturers. If the Emilia Romagna region has earned the nickname Motor Valley  there must be a reason.  Perhaps it has something to do with the incredible number of great names that reside here: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani and Dallara from the  world of luxury cars accompanied by Ducati, Morini, Malaguti and Bimota,  companies that have written the fundamental chapters in the  history of Italian motorbikes.

From Bologna to Modena, from Parma to Rimini, Motor Valley is a vast universe that rotates around the roar of engines. A great family characterised by skilled production of cars and motorbikes (sports, racing and period) leading edge research and high-level professional training.

However, world-famous historic makes and luxury cars are not the only things to be found here. The land of the motorcar also offers international sporting events, museums and private collections and world-famous racing circuits like the Misano World Circuit di Misano Adriatico near Rimini and the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari di Imola near Bologna where the great champions of yesterday and today first came to light. Emilia Romagna provides everything a motor lover needs. Just look around and you will understand that you are in a land that offers the unbeatable products of the Italian luxury. This is a passionate love and it’s contagious. Seeing is believing.
